Nogamittsu Project, implemented as part of the City of Kyoto’s Foundation-Building Program for a Harmonious Society Realized Through the Arts, is a project conceived and developed through dialogue with users, residents, and staff of the comprehensive welfare facility Higashi-Kujo Nozomi no Sono.

*Nogamittsu means “there are three ‘no’”––a reference to Nozomi no Sono, in which the syllable “no” appears three times. Yamamoto devised the name.
