Makiko Yamamoto and The Community Brain co-hosted “Giant-Story-Music”. Makiko has been working on “DAIDARABO AND HOLIBURN” based on research about gigantic mythologies in Japan and southwest England, and The Community Brain bases its activities in Surbiton and Kingston.

This event consisted of three sections.  We started with a presentation about our activities: “DAIDARABO AND HOLIBURN” and myths of giants in Japan, and Robin Hutchinson, director of The Community Brain, explained their wide range of activities.  In second section, we created two stories about giants with participants.  In the third section, four musicians, Makiko Nomura, Kumiko Yabu, Enrico Bertelli and Tim Fulker who took part in the workshop improvised two different music.
